Trawsfynydd employees grow their careers
Seven employees from Trawsfynydd site have proudly graduated with a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in General Engineering – taking an important step in both their personal career development and NRS’s long-term vision for growth in the nuclear sector.
The HNC programme, delivered by Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, has equipped them with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practical problem solving – skills that are directly applicable to the complex and evolving challenges of nuclear decommissioning.
As we work toward a cleaner, safer future through the restoration of legacy nuclear sites, the need for highly skilled, forward thinking engineers has never been greater. This qualification not only enhances our team’s ability to contribute meaningfully to that mission, but also opens doors to further opportunities – whether through progression into engineering roles or pursuing a Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering.
We’re proud of our graduates and excited to see how they’ll continue to grow and shape the future of nuclear restoration. Huge congratulations to all involved.
