I am a volunteer co-opted member of the Sizewell A & B Sites Stakeholder Group and the current Chair.   I have served as a member on the SSG for the last 14 or so years.  I am dedicated to ensuring transparency and open communication between the industry, regulators and the public.

I was born a few miles from the Sizewell sites and have lived in and worked in my local community all my life (except for 7 years working in USA).   My work experience includes extensive service in the public sector (Health, Education and Criminal Justice) where I was awarded an MBE in 2008.  I have also worked in retail, am a writer and following a passion for the Arts – a Producer for theatre.  I also volunteer as a local Town Councillor and through this role as a Trustee for Aldeburgh Library Foundation.

As well as a robust interest in Energy projects, I am keen to ensure local people have access to housing and services, and that the local AONB we all value within our environment is protected and enhanced for generations to follow.
